StudEx war bisher für die Umsetzung des EU-Bildungsprogramms Leonardo da Vinci in der Deutschschweiz zuständig. Im Rahmen des Programms vermittelte StudEx Deutschschweizer Studierenden, Studien- und Lehrabgängern/-innen Auslandpraktika in Europa und half gleichzeitig europäischen Kandidaten/-innen eine Praktikumsstelle in der Deutschschweiz zu finden. Nebst der Vermittlung war StudEx für die Vergabe der Leonardo-Stipendien verantwortlich.

Seit 1. Januar 2011 nimmt die Schweiz offiziell an den EU-Bildungsprogrammen teil, wobei die bisherige indirekte Teilnahme am 31. Mai 2011 ausläuft. Da die Weiterführung von StudEx unter den neuen Strukturen nicht möglich ist, stellen wir unsere Dienstleistungen per Ende Mai 2011 ein.

So far StudEx was responsible for the implementation of the EU educational programme Leonardo da Vinci in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. In the framework of the programme, StudEx placed Swiss students and graduates in Europe and likewise helped European candidates to find a work placement in Switzerland. Apart from the placement services, StudEx was also responsible for the allocation of Leonardo grants.

Since January, 1st 2011 Switzerland is officially participating in the EU educational programmes, whereas the present indirect participation will expire at the end of May 2011. As it is not possible to continue the project StudEx in the framework of the new structures, we will cancel our services at the end of May 2011.
